In Cavriana, in a residence of only a few units and surrounded by greenery with a swimming pool of 20m x 10m, we offer a three-room flat on the first floor, divided into two levels.
The flat is composed on the first floor of a bright living room with a large separate kitchen, via comfortable internal stairs we reach the second floor, a hallway, a shower room, and two bedrooms, one of which with mezzanine. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets. A covered parking space belongs to the property. Additionally, a common external storage in the residence by the parking spaces is available for the owners.
The courtyard of the residence dates back to 1200 but was completely renovated in 2003. The property is suitable both as a first and second home, to spend beautiful, peaceful days in total relaxation.
The municipality of Cavriana, an ancient hilltop town and one of the most characteristic in the morainic area, has prehistoric origins as testified by the numerous archaeological finds (the oldest dating back to the Neolithic period, 5th millennium B.C.) discovered in the hills.
Cavriana presents itself as a pleasant place far from the sultriness and confusion, but at the same time, it is an active and dynamic location from a social and cultural point of view. Due to its naturalistic value and interest, the entire area is subject to environmental restrictions and is crossed by numerous cycling routes. Moreover, the Bande district of Cavriana, for its pile-dwelling sites, was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2011.
