Soiano del Lago is one of the municipalities of Valtenesi and has a beautiful old castle. The village is situated in a hilly position, just a few kilometers from the lake and the beaches of Manerba, Moniga, and Padenghe. From every corner of the village, there is a beautiful and wide view of the lake, especially of the lower lake and the surrounding moraine hills. Soiano is also known for Garda Golf, one of Italy and Europe’s most famous and exclusive golf courses. But there are also many other activities to do: Surfing, wonderful excursions on foot, by mountain bike, or horseback.
There are many farms in the area where you can taste and sell Garda extra virgin olive oil and D.O.C. wines like Groppello. Thanks to the various riding stables in the area, you can go for long rides or enjoy pleasant excursions into the woods on foot or by bike.
