The staircase leads to the ground floor and the main part of the villa, which consists of a large 50 square metre living room with working fireplace and separate kitchen. French doors give access to a large covered terrace and swimming pool and close off the living area with a separate semi-habitable kitchen. On the same floor are two further double bedrooms and two bathrooms with window and shower. On the first floor is the master area, which consists of a relaxation zone. A hallway separates this area from the sleeping area, where there is a bathroom with jacuzzi and shower, and a large bedroom with double bed and walk-in wardrobe. The single villa also has a double garage.
Moniga del Garda is a small municipality in the province of Brescia, located on the western shore of Lake Garda. It is the centre of Rosè Chiaretto production and also produces an excellent extra virgin olive oil. From the village, a panoramic road about 10 km long leads to Salò. The hilly landscape around Moniga offers a variety of opportunities for cyclists and mountain bikers: small, undemanding paths through olive groves, vineyards and fields with breathtaking views of the lake.
