Description
In Sirmione, a few steps from the lake, we offer a detached villa with a large garden of approx. 400m2.
The villa consists of a large garden with a pretty garden tool shed, a bright living room, a separate eat-in kitchen, three bedrooms, two with direct access to the garden, and two large windowed bathrooms.
Possibility of building a swimming pool at the rear. The villa is suitable as a first and second home, thanks to its strategic location a few steps from the lake and all the main services.
Sirmione is partly situated on a peninsula that stretches for about 4 km on the lower coast of Lake Garda in the province of Brescia. It is known as “the pearl of the islands and peninsulas” thanks to its beauty and artistic heritage, which includes the Grotte di Catullo, the splendid remains of a grand Roman villa that has become part of the UNESCO World Heritage. There is also the Rocca Scaligera and the church of S. Pietro in Mavino, which dates back to the 8th century.
From the Rocca Scaligera, past the famous Lido delle Bionde, there is the beautiful and well-known Giamaica Beach. There are numerous boat and bus connections to the nearby towns of Desenzano and Peschiera. During the summer, boats can be hired to tour the lake and visit the surrounding villages. Numerous events such as cultural exhibitions and concerts are organised throughout the year. Easy to reach: A4 Turin/Venice motorway, exit Sirmione, and then follow the road signs in the direction of Sirmione.
