Description
In Manerba del Garda, in a position overlooking the lake and not far from it, we offer a detached villa with private swimming pool and private tennis court. The property is situated on a hill and covers 10,000 square metres, divided between the main villa, the outbuilding and the sports facilities. A convenient driveway leads to the first important building, which consists of covered porticoes that anticipate the entrance to the property. This opens onto a large living area consisting of glass windows from which you can enjoy one of the most unrivalled views of the lake directly in front of the Rocca di Manerba and the surrounding countryside.
The living area is divided into two areas, the first dedicated to relaxation with a fireplace, and the second to socializing at mealtimes with a dining area, also overlooking the lake. From the living area of the property, a French window leads onto the large terrace from which you can enjoy the view. On the same floor, the separate eat-in kitchen is located in the southernmost wing, while the sleeping area is located in the northernmost wing. A convenient corridor separates these two areas, where there is a single bedroom, a second double bedroom with a lake view, and finally the master bedroom with a lake view, a walk-in wardrobe, and a large bathroom, also with a lake view. The basement of the villa is accessible from both inside and outside and is therefore completely independent so that it can be used as a second living unit thanks to the covered and habitable outdoor terraces, from which you can also enjoy the lake view here, thanks to the internal square meters of the floor. Also on the property is a completely independent outbuilding, with a breathtaking view of the lake, which can be used as guest accommodation.
The entire property is completed by several car parks, a large swimming pool overlooking the lake, a bocce court, and a tennis court, all of which are private and exclusive to the villa.
Manerba sul Garda is located on the Brescia side of Lake Garda and is nestled in the green moraine hills of the Valtenesi.
Inland there are marvelous farms that produce the unforgettable Garda oil and D.O.C. wines.
The Rocca di Manerba is very picturesque: from here you have a marvelous view of the whole of Lake Garda. From Manerba, you can hike along the lake to the towns of Moniga and Padenghe and enjoy the beautiful beaches of the Isola dei Conigli.
Easy to reach: A4 Turin/Venice motorway, exit Desenzano, then follow the signs for Salò.
By train: The nearest train station is Desenzano, which is only a few kilometers from Manerba.
