The apartment consists of a living area with a kitchenette from which you can enjoy a lake view, a utility room, a hallway leading to the sleeping area with a windowed bathroom with a bathtub, the first double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and the second double bedroom with a large balcony. A large garage in the basement completes the property.
Desenzano del Garda is a lively and active town in every season: the main road, which runs parallel to the lake shore and crosses the main squares, offers a wide and varied range of restaurants, shops, and bars. The town also offers the opportunity to practice numerous sports both in the town and the surrounding villages: there are riding stables and basketball, golf, and tennis courts, as well as a public swimming pool. The town is served by train and there are numerous connections with the cities of Brescia, Verona, Milan, and Venice thanks to the Trenord, Italo, and Trenitalia trains. The motorway exit is only a few kilometers from the center and the main facilities. Finally, from April to September, there are numerous daily boat, steamboat, and hydrofoil connections with all the towns on the lake. During the summer months, boats can be rented with or without a driver for trips on the lake to neighboring towns.
