It is not just a passing desire but a concrete aspiration that many citizens turn into reality. In fact, Italy ranks among the countries with the highest rate of property ownership in Europe, with 72 percent of Italians already owning the home in which they live, of which as many as 26 percent also own a second home. These values exceed the European averages of 69 percent for the first home and 25 percent for the second home, respectively.   <\/p><p>But what are the reasons that drive so many Italians to invest in a second property?
