In Padenghe sul Garda, in a beautiful location just a few minutes’ walk from the lake, we are offering a two-family house with stunning lake views and direct access to the lake.

The house is completely independent and spread over three floors. The first floor is dedicated to the living and dining area, where there is a bright living room with a sliding door leading to a large terrace from which you can enjoy a panoramic view of the lake.
An internal staircase leads to the ground floor, where the sleeping area is located: a double bedroom with lake view and access to a second terrace, a single bedroom also with lake view and access to the outdoor terrace, a double bedroom and a bathroom with window and shower. Accessible from the outside and therefore completely independent, there is a one-room apartment with kitchenette and bathroom in the basement of the property. Two parking spaces in the courtyard complete the offer.

Padenghe sul Garda, a small gem on Lake Garda, is located in the lower part of Lake Garda on the border with Lido di Lonato and Moniga del Garda. The village has about 5,000 inhabitants and is situated on a hill. From the town tower, an ancient 12th-century fortress, you can enjoy a splendid view of Lake Garda and the surrounding countryside. In addition to the castle, Padenghe sul Garda offers many attractions for tourists, such as the Church of Sant’Emiliano, wine tasting, beautiful walks along the lake and stunning sunsets. Easily accessible: A4 Turin/Venice motorway, exit Desenzano and then follow the road signs towards Salò. By train: The nearest railway station is Desenzano, which is a few kilometres from Padenghe.
