On the mezzanine floor, the flat consists of a living room, kitchenette, dining room, two double bedrooms, a small studio used as a single bedroom, and a bathroom with a window.
On the first floor, there is a living room, dining room, two kitchenettes, two bathrooms, and two double bedrooms.
Using an internal staircase from the first floor, we access the second floor where we find the rustic attic that enjoys a lake view on which the possibility of recovering the attic has been approved, while at the back the measurements allow the construction of a swimming pool.
Desenzano del Garda is the most populous town among all those bordering Lake Garda; in addition, it is the second most populated town in the province of Brescia in Lombardy. It has a land area of sixty square kilometers and is located in the southern part of the lake. The name Desenzano may derive from the name of a rich man, Decentius, owner of a prestigious villa built in the 4th century that can still be visited and is known as the Villa Romana. Desenzano del Garda, a famous and enchanting resort on Lake Garda, is today a popular tourist destination. It has an artistic, historical, and archaeological heritage that has its roots in Roman times.
It is a lively and active town in all seasons. The main internal road, which runs parallel to the lakeside promenade and crosses the main squares, offers a wide and varied range of restaurants, shops, and bars. The town also offers the possibility of practicing numerous sports both in the town and in the neighboring villages: there are riding stables and basketball, golf, and tennis courts, and a public swimming pool. It is a tourist destination for everyone.
