Is real estate experience required?
We evaluate with interest both professionals already active in Real Estate and motivated candidates who wish to embark on a growth path in the sector. In addition to experience, we consider attitude, interpersonal skills, customer orientation, and the desire to get involved as fundamental.
In which areas does Garda Dream operate?
We work mainly on Lake Garda, with particular attention to Desenzano del Garda, Sirmione, Padenghe sul Garda, Moniga del Garda, Manerba del Garda, Soiano, and the main locations in the area.
Will I work with international clients?
Yes. An important part of our business involves Italian and international clients interested in buying or selling properties on Lake Garda. For this reason, we appreciate knowledge of foreign languages and the ability to relate to people from different backgrounds.
Is it necessary to have a car?
Yes. The work of a real estate consultant requires frequent travel to visit properties, meet clients, and operate in the various locations of Lake Garda. For this reason, it is necessary to have a car and be available to move around the territory independently.
Is knowledge of foreign languages required?
